The African Human Capital Foundation

At Springwood Capital we understand that in order for us to remain profitable in the long term, implement sustainable development and eradicate poverty on the African continent, the quality of human capital has to improve. Our aim is to dedicate 20% of our annual profits to offer the brightest young Africans specialising in science and business related subjects a chance to attend the world’s top 20 universities. We hope to encourage other organisations operating in Africa to follow suit. Under the African Human Capital Foundation umbrella we hope to create a new generation of African leaders that will change the face of Africa for generations to come. We seek to work with investors that agree with our vision.
